So I might of messed up and used the drill bit that comes with the eclipse overflow for my internal overflow and my return.
Any idea of what I might do? as of right now I have 1.5 inch 90 which then goes into a 3/4 inch bushing. Sould I just run the hose onto a barb and call it a day?
Thanks you! My first DIY tank so lots of mess ups but getting there...

Sorry, but I'm not exactly clear on what is going on here. Is this a drain hole from your tank?

What is a1.5 inch 90? A bulkhead or a pvc elbow? And what is a 3/4" bushing?

I have a 1 1/2" bulkhead that is connected to a 1-1/2" 90 degree elbow pvc pipe which has a 1 1/2" x 3/4" reducer bushing in it so I'm able to connect my 3/4" pond hose to it. I was just wondering if this would work out ok? Ideally I wanted a 3/4" inch bulkhead for my return but I drilled a hole that is way too big.

Are you planning on using 3/4 as your return? You could just put 1.5 to 3/4 inch reducers on both sides of the bulkhead. Or, you could just run 1.5 inch return from the pump to the bulk head then use a 1.5 inch to dual 3/4 wye fitting ( that will be a specialty part you will have to find online ). Insert that into the tank side bulkhead. Basically that will give you 2 3/4 return nozzles.

Think I'm just gonna run reducers on both sides. It certainly does look DIY haha

Well had to ditch the tank in the picture above and start on a new one.
Drilled the return hole higher and 1 1/2 inch this time and put the overflow box in the middle.
Here is the finish product. Water is kinda cloudy at the moment due to rock going in.

Thanks for the suggestions and help guys.
