Hi guys, i am upgrading my 60liter + 40 sump setup with a 130liter AIO. Not a big upgrade but is what i can do.

I choosed AIO so i can store in the cabinet all the water i need in order to let it ride as much as possible alone (2x30lt tank for AWC and 1 x 60lt rodi reservoir).

The tank it will be braced by the factory. Is a 80cm x 40cm x 40cm with 6mm glass.

I tought of placing all like that:
Chamber 1: automatic filter roller with 2 tube where i can pass eventually the pipe to go to a chaeto reactor under the cabinet.
small chamber 2: heaters and probes
chamber 3: skimmer
chamber 4: return pump

The sump will be in 3mm plexiglass keeped in place by silicon and a 4mm glass in the front going up nearly all the way. Acrylic baffle to acrylic main wall will be interlocked and glued with cement. Baffles to glass will be keeped in place by small piece of glass siliconed to the glass and then i will make all the seal with silicon.

Do you see something wrong or better done in other ways?

I think i've tought of all but more eyes are always better. I can't use different acylic. I have only 3mm one.
