They are a hybrid of the flame angel. They pop up once in a while. You may need to special order from specialty vendor. I imagine amounts the reef, marine reef, and tide pool aquatic could source.

Centropyge nox (midnight)

Something about their completely jet black coloration contrasting with a brightly lit tank, esp one with lower Kelvin (10,000k) looks really neat to me.

Ok thank you very much. I know that TSM Aquatics in New Jersey is working of getting permits to ship fish for customers to airports in any country. I’ll have to reach out to them when they get there permits. I’m up in Canada and we don’t have all the great selections that you guys have in the States

Do you know what they’re hybrid with? Lemon peel?

I’m setting up a 32 gallon and would love a Pygmy angel (cherub, flameback, etc). Do you guys think this would be possible? Other tank mates would just be a pair of clowns, firefish, and maybe a Pygmy hawkfish or yellow watchman goby
One pygmy would be fine. You don’t want more than one in a small tank.

I have a flame, lemon peel, and flame back in a 60 gal all get along. I think one key is introducing new fish at nite with lights off. It gives the new fish time to acclimate aggression pretty much seems to be a draw.

They all get along fine with each other and the other fish?

Nuptial coloration of my Male Flame angel. Spawning behavior of Flame angels are beyond interesting. This give entirely different meaning to FLAME angel.

Normal coloration of the same angel

Hello everyone.
I’m in the middle of figuring out all the different fish that I would like for 205 gallon display tank. I’ve been following people’s great comments on the regular size angels and I thought I would do one for dwarf angels in the hope of getting insight on people’s experience with the dwarf angels. I don’t have any fish in my tank yet. I’m trying to figure out all my fish while I set up the tank. It’s going to be a fish only tank. Any positive feed back would truly be appreciated

Bruce
I just had to remove a bully Bi-color angel. He picked on everyone. Now that he's gone, everyone is more active.

This is his handiwork.
