Best Method to Reduce PO4

So right before I removed the Phosguard and installed GFO, I tested for Phosphate and it at 0.2ppm! So, trending in the right direction. Also increased the fuge light duration and added a dose of MB7...But after all of these adjustments I retested and PO4 is still at 0.2ppm (which is good it's not dropping fast) and NO3 is at 0!

So, I fed the tank today and cut that refugium light back to the 12 hours. Balancing act and finding this tanks' sweet spots...

Do you dose MB7 every day or once a week?

When I used it i dosed very lightly and tested nutrient 24-48 hours later. I was advised and also believe to respect the power of bacteria!
