I put a bio brick in my QT that has copper in it. Since I put it in, the copper level reduced greatly from 2.0 to 0.91 ppm. I’m new at this, and I think the bio brick is absorbing the copper. Am I correct, and if so, what is a good alternative to keep ammonia low?

Water changes! :) 100% every 3 days.. Ditch the bio block, it has nothing to do in there..

Have a good look at this guide to quarantine. This is the one that I am replicating in my own setup.
