I have had some interest in the volutes I made for sicce users.Actually if you want a volute you can buy them from Victor at ATB. I wouldnt feel right selling them as it is not my design. It is a ATB design. But if you want a Volute I am sure Victor will sell you a pretty red or white one.

thanks. Going to take a break for the holiday weekend but should be getting more as next week rolls on. I will take some pics when I have more and it might actually start to look like a skimmer.

Ok, The sicce pumps came in today. Ill have to see how i did on my volutes and see how they fit! Woot!

Saaaweeeeeet my man... looks clean man I like it..I got the bases all polished up just gotta grab the rubber feet and make the mold for the mini cones on the lids and they will be done also...

I can't speak for Jesse but last time we talked on the phone, we were in the same boat attending to family issuses and what not.... I have had some things get in my way that have just really threw a wrench in Any kind of program I had going....
The kiddies got of school and my sons baseball has been like 5 days a week rite now since he is in tournements so I have had zero time....

I actually have been waiting for the material to make the nick. it came in today. It weighs a ton !

OK I snapped a couple pics of the material ill post tomorrow. But the material for the neck is 2.5 inches thick cell cast acrylic. I cant say I have ever seen it that thick before. its crazy.I can see why it cost so much. Things are starting to come together.

Shouldnt be too long before I can start to assemble. I have some pics to get uploaded of the progress. MAchining takes a lot of time.

ok just a quick update. This is the acrylic I got in for the neck.... crazy thick cell cast. This stuff is really expensive. 2.5 in thick cell cast acrylic.

its when you can turn that above into this. that makes it special

Now all that this needs is the groove cut in for the o ring and a little polishing up.

wow i would love to buy one of these bad boys. i just read a thread on another skimmer that mojo built and it was sick.

well I will have 2 of theses bad boys built probably within the week. Troylee has has some personal issues that have kept him pretty busy. I would not want to be in his shoes. But its all good I just keep moving forward. I totally understand. More pics to come over the weekend as this starts to take shape. I already made one bubble chamber as well. I dont think you will find another skimmer built as sturdy as this one.
