Has anyone had a problem with there customer service and getting a reply back from emails you have sent them? I have sent numerous emails to them over a month's period about a BM-T01 dosing pump that I have issues with, I'm just trying to find out if it's worth sending back to them and having them check it out. I can set the clock on it but when I try to manually dose in order to prime the system, the motors do not turn on any of the pumps. I have removed the heads and tried it again, and the shafts do not turn, but if i spin the shafts by hand they move freely. I have read the directions many times over and even searched and found a post where the Chinese instructions where better translated to American by an owner of this very same doser. I wasn't doing anything wrong that i could find. I'm getting frustrated and this just makes me not want purchase there product's again.
