color coded too. Orange for return. Green for in sump runs. (UV, GFO, Carbon ect) black for return line. No particular reason for chosen colors, I just wanted them different in case wife called with a problem.
VERY nice!

I hate the white pipe and would like to use the gray schedule 80 pipe, but at twice the cost of the white schedule 40 pipe it's too expensive, so I'm thinking of painting mine.
Please post pics of your painted plumbing.
Cheap black spray paint from home depot. I just didn't spray anything that would touch water.

Went with Packer colors on mine. Why? Because I could!

I can’t bring my self to pay $13 for less then 4 foot of pipe when I can get 10 foot for under $5 from the hardware store.

If you want to paint it use krylon for best adherence and if you ever have to add a piece you take sandpaper to it and the paint comes off then use cleaner to finish getting everything off prime and glue.

I used to work at a waste water treatment plant and everything was painted over and when we needed to mod PVC it's what we would do and we never had any issues. Just don't paint any union threads or faces. I personally don't paint the unions at all because the paint can interfere with how it comes apart if the paint layer gets too thick.

Lol do you realize how hard it is to be that white while using people primer? Lol

Just messing with you. I can’t spray paint very well so I don’t know if I would do it again. I like the look of the colored pipes but for the most part no one is going to see them anyway.
