What's the optimum magnesium and iodide levels for keeping chalices healthy?

My magnesium is 1320 and iodide level is .02 meg/liter. I can't seem to go higher than that despite adding Tech Magnesium M and Lugol's to my system of 450 gallons.

I notice the sensitive chalices wither away and die starting with the edges first. Any suggestions on raising it and what these levels should be?
