How to fully understand the Red Sea dosing chart?

Hey guys I got the Red Sea read foundation ANB and I'm having trouble fully understand the dosing chart recommendations? Can someone give me some advice to understand these a lot easier for me so I don't overdose my tank?

If that's the question, I'd ignore all of it except the 1 mL added per 100 liters tank water boosts alkalinity by 0.1 dKH.
