Nice looking... I could see having a rock of those. How fast do they grow?

Moderate growers. I've had them and worked with them for a year or so now.
This is a frag of 3 that I gave to my buddy ~ 11 months ago (just got them back since he had a leak in his tank)

Where are the Moaners?

Coming up soon

Nice picture Chris! The polyps will double in size under low flow. Best is low flow - high light. There is a picture in my tank thread of how big they can get.
I'm looking forward to seeing what they look like under the radium for a while.

BTW - I picked those up from Sean @ Aquaco right before he closed. They were in a tank in the back room, that hadn't had light on it in 2 months!

No worries. I'll hook you up with some again. I just won't be able to get down your way anytime soon with the baby coming - 2 more weeks!

I'll have to take a look at the stuff I got from you - lol. I haven't had a chance to even look at the tank since then.
The drywaller's are here now doing the basement. I was up till 3 getting it ready for them. I was doing the finishing touches on the tank stuff, with RODI plumbed to it, Cat 5 for the APEX, and finishing up the insulation in the ceiling.
Can't wait till the basement is done and I can order the new tank

looks a like the paly that was named ******'s or something like that long ago, they were reddish/orange but more on the red side.. Not to be confused with the blue ******'s. never the less nice colors on those polyps.
Can't remember who used to carry those though, I got mine 2-3 years ago.

The name sounds cool - lol!

They were wild from a shop in D.C. that was about to shut down a little over a year ago - I picked them up they were in a tank in the back of a shop, with the lights off for the last 2 months. So they were TOTALLY clear, but you could still see some nice bright orange spots towards the heads.

I'm not selling any, but I have a couple frags for trade. I've trading them since I have the lil' one on the way, and no more coral cash :)

Those are really nice. Is low flow better for most palys/zoas?

Not really, I have some that love high flow, and some that like it lower. These particular ones get bigger heads on them in low flow.

My nightmares on the other hand, dig high flow.

Sik, does some of those grow to close to a nickle for ya? I say bigger than a dime slightly smaller than a nickle?
