Its been a long time coming, but time to update the current 120g chalice delight tank to a 312 gallon monster. The tank is going to be an acrylic tank measuring 5' x 5' x 20" tall. Basically a short cube. I am in the process of ordering parts and the tank builder comes tomorrow to check it all out!
Here is a google sketchup of what it will look like. (please excuse my horrible 3d drafting skills)
I will also have a 100 gallon sump. This system will be in a room next to my garage. So the tank will be viewable from 3 sides and top down. The sump and all equipment will be out in the garage.
Here is my parts list
Two 1.5" seaswirls
Dart/Snapper hybrid
Reef Octopus SRO-5000INT
Neptune Apex Controller w/ lab grade ph probe
Two Ecotech MP40WES
Korallin C-3002 calcium reactor
1 hp Eco Plus chiller
Not sure on lighting yet, but going led route.
Any suggestions of ideas would be greatly appreciated! My one concern is that i might have to change out the two mp40 to mp 60s
