When I go to set the WIFI I don't have ALight appearing as a choice. I've tried three lights and nothing is appearing.
I'm on 2.4gz Att fiber with what should be the latest version of the App 2.3.7.
Any ideas how to get the wifi to appear?

Also when I turn the lights on they are at 100% with the fans on. I can't turn them down on the manual up or down buttons on the light. I'm wondering if I did something wrong when I added the thermal grease. It wasn't complicated, so I don't think that's the issue.

Mine did the same thing when I added the thermal grease. The buttons stopped flashing and no longer sent signal to my app. I chatted with the Chinese vendor who told me to swap the led board first with my good one. Same issue. I then swapped the black components bar and lights worked. I then bought a replacement bar for 50.bucks from vendor. That's the only fix if your light buttons are not flashing, or responding. I also posted a video of them removing the pieces

That makes sense, because all the leds and fan turn on fine. I also ordered a 2.4gz access point for $20, because I can't even get the WIFI to show, so I'm not getting very far so far. I really thought it was pretty easy adding the thermal grease, but I guess I messed that up somehow...

It takes a few tries and you might have to power it off and back on until you find it.

I added grease to 2 of my lights. One **** up and the other is fine. I am sure it's something with the electronic bar, not anything you did. Good news is,you can replace it and move on with the light working. I have an access point too, and it still won't connect to it. Make sure your wifi password has no characters or numbers and it should work. FIY, the link to the parts were also posted on this thread

yeah, I setup the access point and that didn't help either. So no wifi coming up with the Alight. I sent an email to their technical support, but haven't heard back yet.

So right now my lights fully light up with the fans on, but the Up, down and cycle buttons aren't working. Just a dim red light when I push them, but nothing happens. I ordered a new electronic bar, which I hope will fix the problem.

Have you guys seen this when trying to add an x30 blue? I’m able to make it work by connecting to its WiFi signal, but it won’t link to home WiFi network or even show up on the AIPAI app as a device.

Nope! I gave up trying to wifi tho. I didn't want to change the password on router and all much devices currently using it.
