Hi everyone,
I recently got a new hammer frag and about a week in it got knocked over and fell which broke a chunk of the skeleton off of the main head. It still seems mostly happy and even has a few new heads growing on the stem on the back side.

My question is should I cut off the skeleton which is now just connected by flesh or leave it be? Will it naturally die off or should I cut it now so it can recover more quickly? I'll try to attach a photo, it's my first post so sorry for poor pic quality (moonlight lighting pic).

Appreciate the recommendations! I tried a bit of super glue. If that doesn't hold I'll let nature take it's course and see if I end up with 2 frags.

I received a torch where the entire base broke off during shipping, about 1/4 the way up the "Stem". I tossed the base, and put the broken torch in teh tank, and it is thriving.
