As someone in the receiving end of these coral colonies with a lot of failures, please fill bag with pure O2 during bagging. That's what my best shipper of colonies does and that helps the colony prevent bailout even for a couple of days in shipping in case of delays.

Thanks for the advice! As we looked into the issue, it seems to be a packing issue so we will make sure to discuss with the packers on how to make sure this issue is reduced for future orders. Thank you for your patience with us and your understanding as we work through these kinks of our business!
