Her foot looks super puffed up, usually they do that when they are going to move. How long have you had her? She might not like the light intensity or flow in the spot shes in. I would let her move and see what she does

Looks fine to me, just not happy at the moment. Give it time. If it starts to fall apart or stink, throw it out.

What did you dose? What was your alkalinity prior to dosing?

You don't dose buffer for pH.

If pH is low increase oxygenation and help CO2 leave the tank.

Do not chase pH and use buffers. They often increase alk and pH is different throughout the day. There are other safe ways to raise it if needed but in most cases it is not.

You are likely doing more harm than good chasing that pH in this manner.

its not dead yet but isnt in good shape. based on the fact you called it a "sand anemone" and are using buffers in a reef tank, you probably need to do a lot more research. Its not the worst thing, just need to slow down on live purchases until you can fully research the organisms that you are trying to keep. Most people wont even recommend an anemone in a tank younger than 6 months (though idk how old your tank is)

time to find a new store. they just did that to sell you more stuff instead of telling you the truth.
what are your parameter numbers? how are you testing? are you using rodi water or tap and conditioner?

Sorry, no not ok. Looks like a long tentacle maybe. Did it look like this at the store? It is in vary poor shape.

Leave it alone and see what happens. If it starts floating around and drifting around the tank remove it and discard it.

What are your water parameters. How old is this tank.

Nitrate 0? Sure on that one? I’d expect some readings.
