HELP: chipped glass, is aquarium safe to use?

Had to rinse out my tank after doing some modifications to the rim, managed to chip the front glass while putting it in the sink. I’ve included pictures of the chip and the piece of glass that came out, do you think this is still safe to use?

hi, what size tank ?
you said mods to trim ?
is upper trim intact no cracks ?

looks like just "clam" chip.
double check for runs,
i do not see any.

Just keep an eye on it but should be fine. My current 65g has a cracked back glass that I doctored together and has held for years

Thank you for the replies everyone, not that it will improve any sort of structural integrity, but I did silicone the chip back in just cause I still had it and figured why not.

There is another thread right now about this. I wonder if aquarium glass is like a car windshield. I would get some epoxy, and seal it anyway in case it spiders. Nothing to lose
