The white crunchy worm type pest all over the bottom of my Duncan colony and advice to eradicate. Thank you

Do they have 2 little hairs coming out of each tube?

Do you ever see little fans coming out of the tubes? If so - harmless feather dusters. If not - either abandoned feather duster tubes or a (harmless) sponge.

If you don't want them there you can take the rock out of the tank and use a toothbrush to remove them.

Have a look at images of coral boring spionid worms to see if you think they are similar but the tubes on yours are very long so possibly a close relative as @EeyoreIsMySpiritAnimal has said

These would not be the coral boring variety as they create tubes.
