Help me identify this pest?

The white crunchy worm type pest all over the bottom of my Duncan colony and advice to eradicate. Thank you

There is chaeto in the system but these are too calcified to be chaeto

Do you ever see little fans coming out of the tubes? If so - harmless feather dusters. If not - either abandoned feather duster tubes or a (harmless) sponge.

If you don't want them there you can take the rock out of the tank and use a toothbrush to remove them.

How long have you had the rock?
They might be abandoned tubes from some other sort of worm...

No I think they maybe a type of spionid worm, I have very similar popping up all over rock work annoyingly albeit they are tiny at the moment

No, 2 hairs = spionid worms or some close relative.

Have a look at images of coral boring spionid worms to see if you think they are similar but the tubes on yours are very long so possibly a close relative as @EeyoreIsMySpiritAnimal has said

These would not be the coral boring variety as they create tubes.
