There is chaeto in the system but these are too calcified to be chaetoLooks like Chaeto. White cause Duncan is blocking the light.
Do you ever see little fans coming out of the tubes? If so - harmless feather dusters. If not - either abandoned feather duster tubes or a (harmless) sponge.

No I think they maybe a type of spionid worm, I have very similar popping up all over rock work annoyingly albeit they are tiny at the momentYes at time so feather dusters

These would not be the coral boring variety as they create tubes.Have a look at images of coral boring spionid worms to see if you think they are similar but the tubes on yours are very long so possibly a close relative as @EeyoreIsMySpiritAnimal has said
