Of course they will. But this isn't tariffs. This was done on a few websites atleast 2 weeks ago. Before the tariffs were announced.
The intended outcome is not for Americans to feel it. The intended outcome is to force manufacturers to bring their business back to the worlds largest consumer of their goods or pay the price. Eventually Americans won't need to consume those items. Atleast 2 Canadian food manufacturers have already said they are moving to America where 80% of their business is conducted.
Just out of curiousity - what are the two companies? I hadn’t heard.
I won’t go into the rest of the post as I don’t think we will agree. I believe we will see more and more of this due to rising tariffs. Maybe it will make CoralVue switch to all American components? Who knows. I just lost my job but instead of going to the US, the business went to China, and now our product will no longer be made with US steel. It’s all a bit unpredictable.
