Is this too many fish for a 250 gallon (320 gallon total vol)?

Hi, I know I have posted a bunch of stocking list for various tank sizes on here but I have made up my mind and am ordering glass now. Will be doing a build thread soon ish. My plan is feeding hourly due to the stethojulis wrasse, a high par 30 gallon chaeto fuge with life source mud, low-medium flow, AC-EC25 Skimmer rated for 1200 litres, a lagoon style aquascape with mangroves and lots of hiding spaces and areas to break line of sight between fish. Will also dose phytoplankton constantly for copepod populations.

The display dimensions are 200x120x40cm with a 2 -4 inch sandbed, clams, softies and some lps and the sump is a 200x30x40cm with an all in one design to save money and leak points

Anyways this is my current plan

Large Fish
3x Zebrasoma flavescens - Yellow Tang
1x Acanthurus blochii - Ringtail Tang
1x Pygoplites diacanthus - Regal Angelfish
1x Genicanthus lamarck - Lamrack Angelfish

Small/Medium Fish
1x Dactylopus dactylopus - Finger Dragonet
3x Doryrhampus janssi - Janss Pipefish
2x Pterapogon kauderni - Banggai Cardinal
5x Pseudanthias dispar - Dispar Anthias

Wrasses
1x Anampses meleagrides - Spotted Tamarin Wrasse
1x Anampses twistii - Yellow Breasted Tamarin Wrasse
1x Anampses neoguinaicus - China Wrasse
1x Halichoeres chrysus - Yellow Canary Wrasse
1x Halichoeres biocellatus - Red Lined Wrasse
1x Halichoeres cosmetus - Adorned Wrasse
1x Macropharyngodon meleagris - Blackspotted Leopard Wrasse
1x Macropharyngodon negrosensis - Black Leopard Wrasse
1x Macropharyngodon ornatus - Ornate Leopard Wrasse
1x Stethojulis Bandanensis - Orange Axil Wrasse

Invertabrates
2x Diadema antillarum - Longspine Urchin
10x Astraea Tecta - Turbo Snail
3x Tridacna Crocea
2x Tridacna Maxima

I know there aren't many cuc inverts but there aren't really many allowed on the mpi list for imports into new zealand so conchs, hermit crabs and other common inverts aren't possible.

No, I don't think it's too many. A. blochii gets really big. 45 cm max, so I would expect a foot long + fish.

The 120 (47") width will be quite the display.

Yeah, I realise that the a. blochii will get massive (36cm minimum) but live aquaria says 250 gallons minimum so my tank is minimum size which I know isn't ideal. I want an acanthurus tang but not an aggressive one and from what I've seen, acanthurus blochii is the most peaceful out of these tangs. Maybe could do a lieutenant tang or a convict. I would go with an orange shoulder but I don't really like them in terms of aesthetics.
Do you know anything about Acanthurus chirurgus or Acanthurus Nigricauda?

Cheers

Edit: I will also upsize the skimmer to one rated for 2000 litres due to the very heavy feeding

Convict would be a good one. I don't have experience with those last two.

A. pyroferus (one of the mimics) is a good one. Powder brown is one that I personally really like too.

If your considering a Epaulette Tang (Acanthurus Nigricauda), why not consider a Dussumieri Tang. I have one currently about 20cm long and the most gentle fish I have ever owned, very timid when first introduced. Smashes Nori sheets and frozen but shows no interest in pellets. Dussumieri Tangs will get to 50cm long and they get fat, my LFS has a massive one which made me want one badly. Stunning fish. Colours will only get better with age, the whole body will go a baby blue/grey with gold stripes. Not to expensive either. I'll send a pic of mine at home if your interested. They generally are a slightly deeper water tangs, so the height may be an issue as mine loves to stay near the bottom and under overhangs, just some food for thought.
