Reactor installed, took the opportunity for a deep sump cleaning too once the miracle mud and refugium was out.

Oh, the ERV was installed, I *think* it helps? Embarrassed to say my Ph issue was mostly due to a bad / old probe.. I got a new one and calibrated, it wasn't really 7.3 range, was more like 7.9. Lesson learned!

Nice update on the tank. Your deep cleaning of the sump reminds me I'm way overdue for a similar maintenance. Houston summers are unbearable for me so I save all the annual tank activities for Nov/Dec. Are you able to keep the tank cool with that fan alone in the sump? I had no luck and had to install a chiller.

Had them cropped out, but the heavy lifting for cooling is 2 Tunze AquaWind Eco Chic, 1 on each end. I'm able to keep between 78-78.5 regularly. House temp is pegged at 75, these two effectively cool the tank down by about 5 degrees.
