Mixing Sodium Nitrate and Sodium phosphate to dose with one pump, doable?

Hi all, i was wondering if is possible to mix sodium nitrate and sodium phosphate to make one solution, balanced (like 10ml to dose 5ppm no3 and 0.05ppm po4 in 100lt) to use under a single peristaltic pump.

you guys think it can be done and "safe"?
