I saw some of your pics before. Very cool steps on the left. I am setting up a peninsula, so a design like that would have to be a pyramid.

I think you have a really solid design. I'm trying to go more minimalist because my wife thinks my current tank is too busy.

Quick question for the group, do you need to make tang sized caves for them to sleep in? I've never had fish that big. My blenny goes on a hole, other fish go into the monticap.

I’ve been testing specifically at 2pm daily for a week because of the new corals and whatnot. Also due to adding fresh salt water. I mean. My coral load isn’t huge but I guess 8ml of alk really is still a small amount and I shouldn’t be shy to put it there.

Well gems are typically on the more aggressive size. This guy is bigger than my others except maybe my Naso. It’s not a bad last add.

My Hippo and Naso are paying no attention. The chocolate is wary of him but no crazy aggression yet.

Also, apparently the trident needed calibration for calcium. It’s actually within error margin api test kit and not 295 like it originally said!! Looking more. As expected now!
