Are you dosing anything like Kalkwasser or anything else with a high pH up stream of it?

When was the last time you calibrated the probe?

How old is the probe?

Any of the wire get pinched somewhere?

Have you checked the connection to make sure it is getting proper contact.

Calibration shouldn't result in step wise swings...

I fix this by doing the NES cartridge blow and jiggle, but I was wondering if it was a known issue.
