Yup.At petco?
If I only had a sweater... it's cold!nice hat
Yeah so if you just run blues and skip whites youll see a fraction of the dinos as you would with whites. Then with bacteria and po4 you have a chance at out competing the dinos and keeping them away. Also daily changes of filter socks in the AM if youre running socks.I have my tank running 9 to 5. With whites. 8 am and 6 pm blues off. Helix whites. Blasting them at 100%.
If you raise your salinity to 1.0265 youll see your mag and calcium increase. This is a better path than trying to raise just calcium and magnesium as youll be upsetting the overall balance of typical seawater than necessary. This isnt a make or break kind of thing, but the fine details in the aggregate are what produce results.Okay..
Went under the hood, didnt test calcium or mag yet will later tonight
Salinity 1.024
Nitrates 9.4
Phos .11 (not sure where the spike came from, as 6 days ago it was .03
Alk 9.0
Temp 78
Calcium and mag are being raised and began dosing 2-3 days ago
dosing with loud wolf which reportedly shouldnt be making an impact on livestock/coral
Lights are at 8 hours - with 1 hour ramp up 1 hour ramp down.
Still havent found LNB corpse.
That your Petco?
Thats wild that so many of us had a tin crash. Did you ever identify root cause? I either forget or missed it. Rob had rusty butt magnets. Mine was fuge light and/or amazon vinyl tubing.LFS asked for a FTS of the LPS tank PDQ. So here it is. Rebuilt after the dinos/BJD/tin crash last year. Got a few more spots available it seems and then grow baby grow.
