Eh. I've used them in my last tanks, but not sure they really helped. Both had them in the overflow areas, but I still had dinos and what not. Its possible they where too small, as I picked up the simple Chinese single bulb ones. Like these from Amazon

I mean. I was thhinking like the plumbing 25 watt uv light. But what led you to beat Dino’s. Time? It seems that’s the consensus. Just fight it and fight it and eventually it breaks.

I mean. Honestly my cbb is like my tanks puppy. Has a lot of personality. I like it because the second I show up it follows me around the tank including when I’m in the back. Very personable. Very cool.

I don't mind getting a cbb but its one of those hit and miss thing getting it to eat.

Yep. Just gotta see another prime example unfold her with me and heather. I had success from a crappy lfs store and she struck out. I’m a newbie, she’s not. Just a total crap shoot.

Unfortunately, so true. I just read over the nyaquatic policy, copperband and idol are not deemed expert, so its cover under the 14 day guarantee

Tbh I have a tomini tang in a 40 and he's doing quite well. It's all relative. Tang police is all jibber jabble

My starry blenny and tangs. The Glenn this constantly picking at rock and my racks keeping it clean. Can't have tank without some sort to a tang to keep algae in check

I think it would be fine. They are not like tangs zooming about doing laps. You keep you tanks really clean and on top of water changes.
