What’s your secret to getting those pinks??
I feel like I actually have less pink then other people posting their pink highlighter, seems very concentrated in the polyps. This colony gets a lot of flow. My theory is the "contact time" of the light on the polyps has something todo with their coloration. Seems like the polyps in less flow/light are not as bright/colorful if that makes sense? Tinfoil hat theory but I notice it especially with acros like ab that have multi-colored polyps. If the yellow part is not being pulled out into the light it just stays dark.

That 2nd blue teni is badas$, all the rainbow acros are very similar hard to know for sure without lineage. You are doing something right though, only going to get better as they grow.

What par exactly and settings on your radion? Mine is under g6 blues and quanta pros meso blue, high par 600ish for half the day. I have everything maxed out on the radions other then royal blue I keep lower to avoid 440nm peak.

I’ve never heard that about the royal blue and 440nm peak. What do you keep your royal blue at?

This goes down the spectrum rabbit hole don't want to spam the thread with it, however from my understanding when testing a lights spectrum you want a nice wide biology band. Luca actually explains it pretty good in a recent insta post about the new quanta bars https://www.instagram.com/quanta_lights/reel/C9a7DHpy5g6/ . I did not like how much of a peak at 440 the radions have at 100% everything, my royal blue is at 33%. Here's what that spectrum looks like, gets even more filled in with lucas quanta pros.

Interesting. I’ll definitely give that look. Is that with g6 pros or blues?
