Tank upgrade suggestions

Hello, im going to be getting my first tank soon and I was wondering if the filter it comes with is good for starting or should I upgrade it?

Im looking at this tank (mostly due to the dimensions):

I noticed it does not come with a skimmer or a heater, I found this skimmer on sale, would this be ok?

And if I were to upgrade the filter, would this be a decent upgrade?

Noted! Thanks for the reply! I actually just set up the tank but I've run into lots of leveling issues, tomorrow I'm taking out all the water and attempting to shim the stand.

I also decided to not get a protein skimmer for now, I think I'm only going to have around 5 small fish + a small puffer so the bio load shouldn't be too bad (I won't have any corals or reef stuff)
