Yes it is a huge improvement the little guy is back to himself already back to being playful and looking for attention. Kinda funny I have dealt with many types of puffers and enjoyed their playful attitudes. Never knew a grouper was this playful but I have never had one just due to the size they grow, but after having this one think its time to start a big tank build for him atleast 250+.

Update looking much better as far as attitude and movement. The wound is hard to tell but i think its looking better. He has started his rapid color flashing again and alot more movement. I believe he getting a bit impatient in QT but I guess we all do when in hospitals.

For anyone looking for a tuff full of personality and bright fish. Highly recommend a V-Tail grouper great fish to have around.

His color has improved for sure. I'm betting that wound will scar some, but it's looking good as well. Your doing a great job with your buddy. I'm sure he's bored out of his mind right now, but he'd probably rather be bored than dead. ;)

Yea thats for sure i think we both would rather him be bored than dead. Again thank you for yalls attention to this Part of what makes R2R great.

Update on the grouper pulled through QT without a problem and is eating like a champ. Left a little scaring but thats slowly going away as well. Well here it is fat and happy once again.

So wanted to take a moment to update on this guy he's still fat and happy. Also the injury from may has left no scar but definitely I would say he hasn't forgot still won't go near the top of the tank anymore. Also again thank you both @melypr1985 and @Humblefish.
