Welcome!

Sounds like you have a pretty good start to things. I'd be careful adding the Xenia to a smaller tank as it can quickly take over. Try to keep it in an isolated spot to limit it's spread.

Oh good to know, thank you! And ideas on how I can separate it from my Kenya Tree frag to isolate it?

You can try to razor blade it off where it's attached. It would depend on how it looks. The Kenya tree shouldn't get overun by the Xenia since it grows taller so you could always put them both in an isolated spot.
