So I know noone else can comment on this but me and wwc, but I will post full email conversations and pictures.
But just to make it clear I don't think vic and Lou has anything to do with this! Alex their customer service manager refused to let me speak to them because he knows he in the wrong.
I'm a long time hobbyist, my father being a biologist, I am currently a practicing marine biologist, my hands are always in the water. I tried my best not to boast in convo but to get my point accross it's like I had to, but yet he still twisted my words.
Alex tried to make this conversation look like it was a money/refund issue. Which I told him many times it wasn't he was just trying to shut me up on the serious issues at hand. Which is the care an requirement and proper naming of the animals which they are offering to the public. Never was this about money or refunds I never once ask any such thing!
You will see in emails they did everything in one years time including shipping me corals with no heat packs in winter, which he inclined i took to heat packs out, shipping fresh cut damage frags, shipping wrong coral, shipping flatworms. And the older stuff was already apologized for by his staff which was a pleasure to talk to, I can add those emails if needed.
But Alex took my last issue which was a possible mislabled chalice and blew it up to a proportion I can't believe, instead of just quietly disagreeing about the chalice (which was not my major concern, i said what the heck to the flat worms!) Alex decided to bring up all my history, and all the times his team has already apologized to me for the mishaps. And made it look like I'm in the wrong! If the team has already apologized for and admitted they were wrong, why take it back or even bring it up?
Obviously he wanted a fight!
I never got to talk to vic or lou because he wouldn't let me. Ive purchased 10s of thousands of dollars in corals for well over a decade from wwc between going to shows, and my tank maintenance guy ordering what he thought would look good, and grow in my tanks, but online, the conditions the corals were shipped to me is just ridiculous, I care more about keeping these animals alive than the money at hand. I would never had posted anything negative about vic and Lou company if it wasn't for Alex arguing over the color of a coral, or if I could of just talk to one of the higher ups.
Did i get a little upset in emails, sure i did, but facing so many issues who wouldn't.

This gentleman (Tommy) has lied to us time and time again, and is here telling more false information unfortunately. He has not spent tens of thousands of dollars with us, he has spent $1,302.69 with us over the last 6 years, and only started making purchases with us this past December. In addition to this, he has posted pictures of a crazy fox chalice on his FB page that he purchased from a different company, which arrived all blue and then colored up to purple after a few months, which he was very happy about. The chalice that he received from us was identical to that one, but he is claiming that what we gave him was falsely advertised and is a my miami, which makes no sense especially he got a WYSIWYG piece, he knew exactly the color and frag he was receiving before making the purchase. His tone has always been rude, condescending, and aggressive towards our staff. Unfortunately, we do have bad apples once in a while that try to take advantage of us and this is another case of that.

We've explained the difference between my miami and crazy fox multiple times(some eyes get some green on crazy fox), and he continues to say that we gave him the wrong coral without looking at the facts. For the record, since this past December he has received a $50 credit from us, a free $200 acan, a free sticker, and $100 in free corals from our point program. This is all after he left us a 1 star review in January saying that we are "horrible", yet is still making purchases with us. He claims that we shipped him a fresh cut/bleached chalice, but refused to send us pictures of it for months and when he eventually did, it looked amazing. We do not ship fresh cut corals. We did not get where we are by shipping fresh cuts. His supafly chalice was another WYSIWYG coral and clearly had the full growth rim on all sides of it (yet another lie). He is trying to milk what he can out of us and we will not allow it. He has been banned from making further purchases from us, but wish him the best. We will not be responding to anymore of his comments.

Also I said my purchasing online in one years time with yall and then presented all the mistakes? Re read, once again take your time and read, and then 4 or so paragraphs down i said over coral shows and my maintenance guy buying what's he inspired for my tanks I've spent thousands over a decades time? ( them were my words it's written in plain English why would you lie about that?) I'm the tall guy that bought the 600 dollar jelly bean frag at reefapalooza like 7 years ago! Do you remember me yet?

Also the eternal flame chalice i purchased straight from i jam corals shout out to the homie! He told me to check with jason for the name and I did exactly that ask, jason fox! Put all this to rest right now with a simple call or text.

It's obviously not attached to plug like I said fresh cut. No skirt, schribbled up, eyes sunk in.
No length on rim whatsoever. How would you argue with reefers on if this is a fresh cut or not?

Notice a real (yet burned from a torch) crazy fox above it! Unfortunately this fox keeps dying back, which is why I tried to get a replacement for it.

Here the pic/video i showed jason fox at aquashella Dallas this year. Which confirmed it the eternal flame chalice. (His words exactly to tell the difference this chalice rim gets thicker than the my miami and crazy fox and slightly different color.) Also he said somthing about the mouths which i can't remember unfortunately. Ask him he'll know.
Also why look me up on my personal Facebook page?? I didn't look Alex up and post his personal life, what the heck is wrong with yall!

Extra pic of eternal flame frag i have, I definitely see the purple hues but for you to say it's the purple of a crazy fox? No way crazy fox is more of a maroon purple dominant base with slight blue before the skirt.

They edited their original post to cover up the fact that they went to my personal Facebook page and took pictures of jf eternal flame chalice in which theyre calling a crazy fox chalice. In which jason, shout out to the homie, has confirmed is not a crazy fox.
