Fish tank still being built. I did receive my sump from Bashsea. I'm in the Detroit area, so it seemed to make sense to get one local. This thing is a beast. Smart Series custom - 36" x 24" x 16". I went with Orange/Grey Neptune theme. The new Neptune GRO refugium light should looks sweet over this thing.

It has been awhile since an update. The tank has been up and running Aug. Have a couple Pajama Cardnials and a Blue Chromis.

Started working on the light rack. It is tight spot, but wanted a rack I could move easiler.

Bought some sliding door hanging kit. Mounted them on both sides.

Now for the building of the rack. It looks a little Frankenstinish. Had to deal with the issue of the door when pulling the rack out.

Here are some picks of the rack up. Now need to add all the equipment. I like how it turned out.

Lights are up.

Have two A360X Kessil tuna blue with dongle. Plan to add a third once I get the funds. 12pm to 2:15pm ramps up to 20 INT then 6:45pm to 9pm ramp down to 0 INT. Everything is 20 CLR, 100 VI, 20R. Red moon on lunar cycle runs from 8pm to 8am.

Four dimmable T5 54 Watt. (3) ATI Blue Plus and (1) ATI Purple Plus. 12pm to 2pm ramps up to 100% then 7pm to 9pm ramp down 0%

Have a Par meter and will fine tune the lighting when corals are ready to go in.

I have them running opposite of each other.

Ran into an issue with micro bubbles. I added a piece of Aquamesh at the overflow. It is helping. The two pumps combined running at 110% I was getting bubbles. Dropped it down to 100%. Seems better. Will play with it to find best flow.

I'm thinking of getting that skimmer. Can you please measure the collection cup from the base to the top with the lid off? Can you measure the diameter of the cup? The body of the skimmer is 8"? I only have so much space to pass a skimmer this big. I cant find any measurements online anywhere. From the looks of it I might have to assemble it inside the sump. Thanks for your help.
