also i had to move a 150 the other day on the stand with fish still in it and the sand, i used 1/2 pvc pipes as roller to move it along easily across the floor. That may help you when you go to put it on the stand.

Yes you definitely need to watch it when moving heavy things with a hernia!those look like the same wheels i used to move my 265 tank. i just lifted one side at a time with a strap around my shoulder and had my g/f put cement blocks under as i went up. I do have a bilateral hernia and it's things like this that remind me i need to get it fixed lol
