Beautiful additions in the qt setups. Tanks looking really good. I'm looking at doing a water station now we're settled with the house and closed on it. So may be picking ideas from you lol.

Sad to say the GDCC did not make it. One passed within 2 days of arrival the other lasted a week. Never came out of hiding so I never saw eat. I fead the QT live pods, live black worms, frozen mysis, frozen brine. I also lost the male Blue Star shortly after arrival as well. The female BSLW is doing well. I also added a mystery wrasse, Orange-back fairy wrasse and Tanaka's Pygmy Wrasse.

I'm sorry they didn't make it. I had one for years and he was absolutely my favorite fish ever. They are out of Africa as I understand and not easy to come by. At least not in my area.

I just found this thread and I like how you have your refugium and filtration all set up.
The tank looks awesome!

Wrasse QT is happy and doing well. They have been on Chloroquine since 11-2. One of the R. Anthia has a new Bacterial infection. I thought I had it beat and stopped medicating it. It popped up on its other side yesterday. Restarted Furan-2/Kanaplex/Metroplex cocktail + Metro & Focus in food. Little worried as I have a week long trip scheduled for Dec 4.

I added 2 additional MP-40's to get more flow at the sand level. I moved them all slightly below and the 1/2 mark. 2 towards the center are running at 60% max and the 2 on outside are at about 45% Max. In only 3 days it has helped my Cyano problem tremendously. (Maybe solved... fingers crossed).

Added Do you want zero nitrates? I've read growth can slow down in SPS systems with zero nitrates

I'm set an artificial Nitrates target of ~2ppm and I am right on it. I started dosing 10ml of vinegar per day as a preventative.

I also added a Female Blue Star Leopard Wrasse, Orange-Back Fairy Wrasse & Blue Dot Goby to display this weekend. The BSFW is quickly becoming a favorite.

New to QT: pair of Black Ice Snowflake Clowns, Fathead Sunburst Anthia, Tailspot Blenny and Swiss Basslet. Picking up below pair of Hawaiian Flame Wrasse at the A2 Frag Swap. Sad to report that I had a brief power outage. My Waveline that powered my manifold (including skimmer) did not turn on. No water flow in skimmer burned out the two recirculating pumps. These ES5000 happen to be on backorder until February 20th. So I have decided to rethink the skimmer situation. I purchased a new AquaC EV-1000 downdraft/spray injection skimmer. I figured the less moving parts the better.
