This is my first attempt at getting a fish tank and has been trying to say the least. I finally have the parameters sitting were I think they should be, minus a couple minor issues, and it is stable. So time to change stuff :).
Currently 300 g 72" x 27" x 27" with a 75 g sump
2 maxspec gyre 250's ( I will be moving these to the sides of the tank soon)
1 Tunze wavebox don't remember the size of it but really not a big fan of them.
1 Tunze wavemaker also don't remember the size of it.
4 AI Hydra 52's
Eshopps PSK 300 skimmer
some generic reactor with posguard
a reef octopus reactor with biopellets
2 return pumps that seems to get me maybe 2x turn over/hour

I turned my lights up a little and I think my open brain is disgruntled, so I turned them back down today. The leather you see in the middle bleached out after I put the biopellets online, it has recently started coming back because I figured out I needed to feed it:oops:. The candy cane loves it has doubled in size since i placed it in that location a month ago.

Livestock:
2 Melanurus wrasse
1 unknown green wrasse with yellow eyes (this guy is a monster :D)
2 Bangaii Cardinalfish
2 PJ Cardinalfish
1 Naso Tang
1 Yellow Tang
6 Chromis
1 Valentini saddle puffer
2 Picasso clown
1 Marine Betta - when I bought him I did not realize he would clean out my tank of shrimp:( (I will be getting rid of him soon)
I have various snails and hemits

a sandsifting starfish and a sea apple, who is coming back from the brink of death.

The changes that are coming. As you can see from my sump picture that is is complete chaos of wiring drives me crazy, not to mention all the awesome looking organized tank threads I have seen on this site have inspired me. Plus I will be changing out my sump, skimmer, return pumps, and adding some dosing, thank you Christmas discounts!:D IMG_20161222_153231166.jpg

I am working with artfully acrylic to get a sump design going and priced out right now and am waiting on the profilux 4 to be shipped.

I have been waiting for the Ecotech Vectra L1 to go on sale to get a pair, do they ever?

The new skimmer i bought awhile ago thinking it would fit in my sump but the foot print was too big.

I love your rock tower with the 2 shelves on the left side. How'd you make it?
