How do you like the lights? I am debating with this or ATI hybrid fixture for my S-1000
I absolutely love them. I can't comment on them from a coral growth perspective, but they blanket the tank and are bright AF. I can understand the gripe over them not being as blue as something like radions, but they're plenty blue enough. There is some shimmer although fairly minimal. The scale of the lights matches the tank very well.

FTS and one side of the sump. Did some custom tubing holders since none I could buy were to my liking. Auto water change and CalcRX pull from the upstream side of the sump and return on the downstream side next to the skimmer. Used a lot of peel and stick conduit to conceal wires and tubing.

Thank you! Seems like a lot of people are going the S-1000 route.

Adaptive Reef makes them. I believe BRS and Saltwater Aquarium both sell them. You have to buy the controller board/cabinet and then the Trident faceplate. Also check out Adaptive Reef's 6-way switch for apex one of my favorite add on.

Looking good! Who made the top?
Thanks! My wife and I... It's RedSea components purchased independently and cut to fit plus the Neat Aquatics feeding port. It's three equal screens if that makes sense. She's got the patience for rolling the rubber into the groove... that **** is so frustrating.

Awesome just saw it on the site! Is it very visible when you stand back away from the tank? I received my delivery today (1000S) I think I already thru out my back getting the cabinet parts out from under it LOL and I had 5 guys.

Not at all visible... I would recommend piecing it together rather than buying the kit (I'm not even sure they have a kit for the S-1000). Two reasons: 1. you can make as few or as many "panels" as you want and 2. you can go with the black mesh from BRS over the white that comes with the kit. The white reflects too much light, and the black matches the euro-bracing of the S-1000.

Not quite, but it doesn't leave much room. It can be screwed down with the supplied hardware. There is still room for mounting additional controllers to the side pull out piece.
