Picture taken with iPad Pro camera.

Our tank is no where near some of yalls tanks, but here it is. Running a T5/Mh combo. We run the T5's mostly from 7 am to about 9pm and the Mh's for 5 1/2's a day on a timer.

Currently its one row of 10k with three rows of acentic. We got the fixture used so there are two different types Mh bulbs currently.

Ohhh I'm in! Custom fixture was a tek 8 bulb but removed the 4 inner bulbs to put in two hydra 26s, then on the back is two blue plus t5hos then the outside is one purple plus and one blue plus, fixture works great for being my first day.

I know one thing for sure if you get Led's you better get a lot of fixtures as the coverage is not what the manufacturers state. I'm going to add 6 t5's and also run two radions next to it. I'm sick of waiting for growth as the two radions over 46" tank is not enough even running them at 75%. Unimpressive pictures available if needed.

I ran that but just seemed it was overkill.

Nice combo radion t5 picture. Why didn't you just use the radions in the morning and evening for dusk dawn effects or just run less power to get the shimmering. Did you get rid of any of these lights?

Interesting I have debated the reef brite xho over radion for t5 supplement. What drove you over to reef brites? Also how brite do you run them and for you run them all day? I understand you can't see the reef brites over say six t5s.

Pete, I have a 29 g I want to change to T5. What fixture did you use and is it hung or mounted? I'm not sure what I'm doing
