How much/often are you dosing? I'm adding reef chili a couple times a week as well. I'm thinking about shutting my skimmer off a couple hours at night to get Nitrates up.

Being doing the same with my skimmer, especially when I feed reef chili also remove filter socks. Coral snow about twice a week per instructions. Sponge power on opposite days of CS. Dosing at night, it's only been about two weeks now, so not seeing a lot of results as far as growth, but everything is looking healthy. Feeding the Fish twice a day,produces (Tang coral feast), checking Alk daily and po4 no3 weekly. One note all my schrooms have about disappeared

QT ready for last Tang for my system. A juvi Achliies Tang. He will probably be here for a good while, give him some time to catch up size wise, and give me time to trap and rid my tank of the dreaded clown tang who I think is Schizo, attacks fish, tongs, glass cleaner and hates to see any other fish eat, even if it's something he doesn't eat

This is my last attempt at the AT. The last one was doing great, had what look like a puncture wound that became infected, suspect was a large emerald crab, who now resides in the sump. Nothing in the tank but him and that rock and a few mangrove pods Temporary pod home, until I can get time next week to setup permenant tank for the mangroves
