Hi there,

I bought an waterbox 65.4g with the Alu Cabinet.

The cabinet in my opinion is not stable and has some movement left to right. Front to back is stable.

Can someone who has the same cabinet say if this normal. Dont mind the sound this is already fixed.

I can take all of my stands and move them if I push or pull on them. They also move when the dogs run past. It's never been an issue and I've had some sort or tank running for the last 30 years. Have you reached out to WB with your concerns? They have been very responsive to my questions. I recently set up a 330.7

I've got a smaller system from WaterBox and it moved side to side quite easily. I reached out to them and they pushed me through to the warranty department and they wanted me to shoot a video and I told them there was no way I was going to do that. Being full of water and running for 8 months and being nervous as it was accidentally bumping into the tank and have it moved side to side really bothered me. I told water box that I wasn't going to shoot a video because I don't want to end up chancing he would be crashing to the floor. They accepted that and gave me shipping details saying they are sending me out a reinforcement kit and I installed it today and it works fabulous.

Great to hear the reinforcement kit works. Is that something that can be installed even if the tank is filled up and on the stand?

I was worried when they said it connects to the back of the stand. Turns out you just need to reach in the stand and connect the bar to each side of the stand and tighten it up. Took all of 5min to install.
