what is the best lighting for this size tank.

i have 3 - 400w mh icecap pendants on my tank its 72X36X48. was just woundering if anybody is useing lumenark reflectors and if they would spread out more light then what i have .. please give me some info..... thxs.:wink:

I have used them in the past and was very pleased. Have never used to the Icecap pendants but I like their ballasts. The Lumenark I was very happy with.
