A huuuuuuge gap, but I'll try to keep this up to date from now on.

The sand is still in, as my dino problems are gone.
Looks incredible as always!

They're gone after I changed the old led fixtures.

I tried to use the old leds in my frag tank and it turned into a swamp.

After that I remembered to read a thread, 10 years ago, co-relating dynos with bad light.
By the time, I was having problems in my frag tank, where I used some cheap Chinese T5 bulbs. No problems in the display, and both shared the sump. After change the bulbs in the frag tank, the dynos disappeared.
I followed the same path, and it worked again.

Looks incredible as always!
Thanks!

This tank looks absolutely incredible!

I'm new to the hobby and the forum but there's so much to learn just from your gorgeous photos wrt what you've placed and where.

It's fun to see how your aquascape changed and morphed. So many folks don't keep a tank up long enough to let that kind of progression happen. My tank is coming on 8 years this fall and like you (even though my tank is mostly softies/LPS/macroalgae)

I have had to change some things due to coral and macroalgae growth. I started out bare bottom because this was originally a seahorse tank. When the ponies lived out their lives I was ready to move toward a natural look of sand. So many coral...so little room!
