How should I configure my 2 icecap gyres

I have two ice cap gyre in a 110 gallon tank, what settings are the best?

I think that depends on how you have them mounted and what kind of corals you are keeping. IMO gyre pumps work best when mounted horizontally near the surface on each end of the tank. I run mine in gyre mode with each configured to flow forward and reverse. This provides great flow at the top of the tank for SPS and a more gentle flow for the LPS in the lower parts of the tank. I would suggest experimenting with different intervals for alternating the flow direction to see what works best for your setup. For my 100 mixed reef I have it set to change direction every 40 seconds which provides a nice wavy flow for my torch and gonis. My speed ranges from 30-50%.
