I didnt realize how much he puts into the design.

He is an engineer, For the quanta atlas shade lamp to the helix light bar adapters, and was showing me all the data to support his mounts, the weight of the load, and the margin of error in the design of the mount as it relates to the expected load.

I was just thinking he was a dude with a 3d printer.

oh ya! he really puts alot of thought, and data driven refinement into his designs.. dude is a rock star with this stuff.. which comes at a cost.. which is fine if it isnt for everyone.. but if we are buying 300$ frags.. makes sense to spend a little bit of money on a well maintained environment
