Just spotted this guy. Apparently a hitchhiker on Tampa bay live rock. Can anyone id or advise? He has the really interesting spinning claw behavior shown in the photo.

Take a look at porcelain crabs. They're using those waving gossamer "hands" to filter plankton from the water, and are pretty harmless to other residents of the tank. That's what it looks like to me, anyway . . .
