Torch white spike's ?

Hi ,
I had a couple of days before a problem with a torch and it wast opening 1 of the 3 heads.
Few days later it opened and behaved normal .

Now i am seeing some spikes on de bottom of it ?

Any idea what this is ?

Heads are closed atm due to some medication i needed to dose so that is explaineable .

get a tweezer and gently rip them off they come off fairly easily
