What is the question/purpose? Don't purple tangs have yellow tails that could look white in washed-out blue lighting like it appears in these pictures?

Do you have pictures under white lighting? ...more information about what this is about?

Purple tangs would be pretty with white tails, in my opinion, though I would personally not pay high dollar for some hybrid that might bring this into existence.

I end up buying it. I been looking for more info on it never seen a purple tang with white tail. So yes is more of a question to see if anybody has seen one before

You should be able to embed the video directly in your post if it is short enough or a small enough file size. I typically limit embedded videos to 30 seconds, as longer tends to fail to upload/embed.

I'd really love to see a video or some pictures/screenshots of this white tailed purple tang!

Just curious, unless you don't want to share: what was the price range of this fish? Did the seller have any idea about why it had a white tail?

Found an olllld post with one described similar.

Probably a color mutation or some such.
