I am struggling with diffee o, I have done peroxide, blackouts, dino x and can not get rid of dino. I'm about to tear down my 65 gallon with sump.

Ok new growth of dinos....not sure what to do...this is after 3 day dosing of bleach....

I dosed for a 4th dose and the 4th day was 10 ml instead of the 5.5 ml..

Went and bought some Clorox bleach since the other stuff wasn't doing the trick...

Still taking samples..seen one on 5 collections.. dosed 0.75ml..just as precaution..

So the other stuff is only around 3.5 % sodium hypochlorite...the bleach I have now is 8.5%. Kinda explains why it wasn't doing much.

Yes but my acan is starting to melt, my ricordea is folded up, and my blasto doesn't look to good

I dosed 6 ml. Will have to dose a list amount...might give it a few days before I do more doses.

My mushrooms and racordia rolled up for a bit... leathers all closed. .gsp closed ...xenia was mad the whole time..

Optimistic about bleach since nothing else worked for me. Just wish I wouldn't have to catch all my fish and move then to qt. They all went through rigorous qt prior to me introducing them to the DT precisely so I wouldn't have to ever catch them out of the DT.

I have been dosing vibrant 2x week for over 3 months. It did seem to cause the dinos to recede a little bit initially, but they were replaced by cyano. Then the dinos can back stronger than ever. Just finished 10 days of metro to no effect other than my corals looking really bad.

I might suggest that u give your corals time to heal a bit by not doing anything but water changes to keep dinos in check. That way when u do dose bleach they don't get affected to the point they don't come back. Kind of like a safety net. Now just something I found out, if you use the weak bleach, you won't get very far, switched to Clorox brand and it's 8.5% sodium hylochloride...seems to be working a lot better now
