Ok so since I have done 12ml and it has been two days I will dose another 5.7ml to get my levels up to the equivalent of two 8.85ml doses.
Bingo but I would try to go for a more solid number like 5ml

I added five times the recommended dose to get the higher reading which was 6.25ml. The lower reading was half so it was basically 3ml.
Yes that is what I would need for the 10 gallon tank. But for a 1 gallon jug I put in 6.25ml and 3ml
Just be aware that 60ml might be over 2ppm. The jump from 2-4 is kinda crazy on the api. I really love salifert test kits. They are so much better when it comes to giving clear values. I think your still fine dosing 8ml's a day, but continue doing a test everyday to stay on track.
Just wondering how many days of dosing does the directions call for? Im guessing 6ml for 7 days.
Those are some weak directions, lets hope the active ingredient is up to par.
I ordered a salifert test kit for copper so hopefully it is here by the time I am getting close to 2 ppm.
The salifert test kit will not work with chelated copper (which is what you are using). It only works for ionic copper such as cupramine.
Oh ok. Is there any other test kit that will work better than API's?
Not off the top of my head. API works just fine, it's the copper that is inferior in this case. It's not your fault as that was the only thing you could find. It will work to cure your fish, it will just take more to get there since it does seem to be watered down.
