Thuan, let me teach you about a little game I like to call Coral Egg Hunt. Here's how it works: you buy a bunch of stuff without telling your spouse, then you wait and see how long it takes them to find the coral "eggs" in your tank! It's fun for the whole family!!!
I wonder how many colonies across the US are from frags of your colony. That would be interesting to know!
Sadly probably not many. To this day it’s our slowest grower… a beauty for sure but oh man does it grow painfully slow at times.
Ah gotcha. Well, a beautify specimen like this needs to be preserved. Here's what I'll do for you: frag off a good 5-6 head cluster and send it to me, and I'll make sure you always have a backup. And know what you're going to say, but honestly, don't worry about it, Dan. I don't mind helping you out

Your Master Torch is a great grower! I got one from you at the end of last summer (one head) and it's at least 4-5 heads now and splitting! I think I mentioned it before to you, but some of the heads have purple "bands" in the tentacles about a centimeter wide and the color of purple coralline that wrap all the way around the tentacle! Not all of them, but 1 or 2 out of the 4 or 5. Never seen it before but it's very cool!
