I was really really hoping for good results on the metro. I read through 60 pages before I skipped to the end. What was the official findings on the metro? I've been able to cut back on the dinos by manual removal first, then less water changes, the addition of kno3 to raise no3. Then I added about 16000 copepods. I'm down to a few strings here and there. I started dosing the metro last night. I have gac passively in my sump at the moment. I plan to remove today. I have been experiencing stn on my birdnest and now a frogspawn and candy cane are peeling flesh. I'm guessing that the die off from the dinos are causing this.
